FortLAN wants to thank our volunteers for all of their hard work that makes our events possible. As a way of thanking you for volunteering your time, you have the opportunity to win some awesome gear in a separate raffle!

Volunteering

• You will get 1 volunteer raffle ticket for every 4 hours of work you put in at FortCON 2018.
• We will have our volunteer raffle around 3:30p on Sunday, after the charity raffle
  • You don’t have present to win!

Areas Of Need

• Registration
  • Helping attendees check-in, monitor doors, answer questions.
• Security
  • Helping with bag checks, working with Grand Wayne Staff and Fort Wayne Police, and helping attendees with any security related needs.
• Setup and Tear Down
  • Running cords, organizing tables, odd jobs as needed.
• Streaming
  • Aiding in 24/7 stream of event, including production, OBS set-up for stream, and possible interviewing/on-screen time.
• Vendor Aids
  • Assist vendors during event, help attendees with VR demo booth, and other duties as needed.
